Trilinguism
As our children embark on their educational journey, we emphasise the importance of English language immersion in their early years. This foundation sets them up for success as they progress and reach higher levels, we work so that our students develop strong communication skills in all three languages. By doing so, we equip them with a unique and valuable multilingual competence that will serve them well in our increasingly global society.
We offer a trilingual line that starts with total immersion in English and ends with the coexistence of all three languages at the end of Secondary.
Teaching English
We aim for students to master the English language orally and in writing. We offer actual English language learning through teaching subjects entirely in English and encourage the practice of English in teaching, extracurricular and complementary activities, and everyday communication in the school.
We are an official Cambridge ESOL examination centre with official native examiners in our English Department. Throughout their schooling and within the school timetable, we help our students obtain international English qualifications (PET, FCE, CAE), starting in the last two years of Primary and intensifying in Secondary.

Teaching Basque
The learning of Basque is a fundamental right, and its mastery is increasingly necessary in our society. For this reason, we encourage our pupils to make their progress in this language rewarding and enriching from the moment they enter the school. We work to ensure that pupils acquire sufficient knowledge to enable them to communicate in Basque, both orally and in writing.
We promote the use of Basque during school hours, serving as a vehicular language in various subjects such as Physical Education, Technology, or Plastic Education, as well as in complementary and extracurricular activities.
Teaching Spanish
At ages 4 and 5, we initiate children into the fascinating learning of reading and writing in Spanish.
When the little ones enter school, they already know many things about reading; they recognise some logos and words they are used to seeing in their daily interaction with their everyday environment. Then, we help the child to play with the words and compare them until they reach the final decoding to introduce the rules of reading and writing as they grow up.
The fundamental objective is to adapt the teaching of reading and writing to the psychological evolution of children growing up in an environment surrounded by written language.
In short, we believe in an approach that motivates and stimulates pupils to enter the world of written language while respecting their maturation process, resulting in a better bond with schoolwork.

Primary education
At this stage, the majority language is English, in which subjects such as science, mathematics and art are taught and they communicate with their tutors. Gradually, the number of hours of Spanish, Basque and English is gradually equalised, with mathematics in Spanish from the 4th primary and art in Basque in the 6th year.
